Mount Haven Hotel hunts head chef to lead food proposition


The Mount Haven Hotel and Restaurant in Marazion, West Cornwall, is advertising a head chef position.

The hotel re-opened last April after a lengthy refurbishment process undertaken by owners St Aubyn Estates, which bought the Mount Haven in 2016.

It is aiming to find someone willing to oversee all aspects of the kitchen, and will display a passion for seasonal, local produce and sustainable cooking.

The hotel’s main restaurant serves an a la carte menu, while the Terrace Bar offers a more informal selection.

Applications close Friday January 17.
