Managing director at EPIC, Simon Beer said that the property’s design, quality and service standards will bring something new to the city.

Speaking to the Liverpool Echo, he said: “We’re delighted to bring such a high quality product to the market, the design values, fit-out quality and service standards will redefine the luxury boutique sector in the city and early bookings are considerably ahead of forecast.”

The new property is the latest phase in the £100m transformation of Wolstenholme Square, which is linking the square to Seel Street from a new pedestrian passageway.

EPIC is also working with Elliot Group on the delivery of their second Liverpool hotel, in the Baltic Triangle.
