Colliers International, the global real estate advisor, has appointed a new director in its Hospitality Asset Management (HAM) team, based in London.
Richard Eaton-Hart joins with 25 years’ experience in asset managing hotels across UK and Europe, having worked with a diverse range of hotel properties from independent to branded, budget to luxury and leased to franchised, for a wide range of owners including opportunity funds and institutional investors.
Richard will work alongside director Ben Godon, co-head of Hotel Asset Management, Colliers International.
Godon commented on the appointment: “Richard’s extensive experience in the trade will be a great addition to the Hospitality Asset Management team, combining his hotel real estate and asset management expertise to provide clients with sound advice to maximise returns from acquisition to disposal, throughout the business cycle.”
