New exec chef at Atlantic Jersey Will Holland steps up the plate with launch of new tasting room


The Atlantic Hotel in Jersey has announced the launch of The Tasting Room at its Ocean Restaurant, introduced by new executive chef Will Holland who joined the hotel in late 2017.

The luxury hotel will open the special offering on March 21, and with space for just 14 covers will be an intimate space serving a seven-course tasting menu.

The experience is being described as ‘a modern adventure in food and wine’ and will showcase Holland’s cooking as well as offer wine flights selected especially by the hotel’s new food and beverage manager Jaroslav Sedlacek.

Showcasing both Will’s passion for local ingredients and the rich talents of his brigade, our guests will be treated to a truly memorable gastronomic experience.”

Will Holland joined the hotel late 2017, taking over from executive chef Mark Jordan, who had been at the helm of Ocean Restaurant for the last 13 successful years.
