The new Olive Restaurant has now opened at Wyboston Lakes Resort in Bedfordshire, rounding off an extensive £3m investment into the specialist venue.
The new eatery joins the new Cedar Bar and Paddy & Scott’s artisan coffee fuelling stations at the conference resort, following the transformation of The Woodlands Event Centre.
The Olive Restaurant can seat up to 280 people at any one time, while private dinner events can be booked for up to 50 guests.

In March last year, Wyboston Lakes Resort, the UK’s largest privately-owned single site conference and leisure venue, located on 380 acres between Cambridge and Milton Keynes, announced its plans to spend over £3m on its premium conference venue.
The additional £3m of funding takes the total investment in the resort to over £10m in the last few years and is part of the long term continued reinvestment strategy.
Wyboston has two specialist venues, The Woodlands Event Centre and The Willows Training Centre.
The Centres together provide a total of 65 conference, training and syndicate rooms – the largest of which has a capacity for 450 delegates seated theatre style – and more than 300 bedrooms.
