The Langham, London has appointed Marco Corallo to the role of head bartender at Artesian, replacing Rémy Savage, who is leaving to pursue his own projects.
Corallo, who will work alongside bar manager, Anna Sebastian, is joining the team from Caesar’s Palace & Resort in Dubai where, as beverage manager, he oversaw a total of 14 different food and drinks outlets and was the creative director of cocktail lists.
Commenting on his appointment, Marco said: “I’m so excited to be back in London in a dream role at Artesian, a bar with so much history and style. The London bar scene is really thrilling at the moment and I hope to create new and exciting ways to enjoy cocktails, working with Anna Sebastian and the great team at The Langham, London.”
In addition to re-joining the World’s 50 Best Bars at #48; Artesian was awarded ‘Bar of the Year’ in the Food & Travel Awards 2019.
The Langham London first opened in 1865 and its bars and
restaurants include Palm Court, Artesian Bar, Roux at The Landau restaurant and
