New London venture The Pilgrm reveals plans for two food and drink offerings

Soon-to-launch new boutique hotel The Pilgrm has now revealed plans for two food and drink offerings to open within the 73-bedroom property.

The hotel, which is due to open in Paddington London this autumn, is the brainchild of collaborators Jason Catifeoglou (myhotels group, IHG, The Zetter, Grain Store & The Zetter Townhouses), Andreas Thrasyvoulou (myhotels group) and Steph Thrasyvoulou.

Once opened, it will be home to a ground-floor neighbourhood café and first-floor lounge.

In place of the usual reception area, the ground floor entrance will be a small coffee house, designed to reflect its Victorian heritage, with a premium coffee blend, unique to The Pilgrm, on offer along with a selection of teas and pastries, doughnuts and breads served throughout the day.

The upstairs Lounge, accommodating approximately 30 covers, will be home to an open kitchen and bar, offering a vintage and quintessential British charm, featuring a mix of reclaimed and restored furniture.

The food and drink menus represent a journey through different cultures, where plates and cocktails from around the world will be made from quality produce from the British Isles and Europe.

The cocktail offering is a collaboration with some of the best cocktail bars from around the world, featuring drinks exclusively loaned to The Pilgrm, but made in London.

“The Pilgrm’s neighbourhood café and lounge will express a sense of adventure through both our ingredients and influences. Balancing the familiar with the novel, this autumn we’ll bring some of our favourite dishes and cocktails to Norfolk Square,” says Jason Catifeoglou, CEO and Founder, The Pilgrm.
