Roseate House London is to open a new restaurant on December 10.
The hotel, situated in Westbourne Terrace in the capital, is to launch The Hyde, a 12-cover restaurant headed up by executive chef, Christos Siomadis.
Named after its close proximity to Hyde Park, The Hyde is located on the ground floor of the Grade-II listed boutique hotel, which is owned by Roseate Hotels & Resorts.
Siomadis has previously worked at Galvin Restaurant, Skylon at The Royal Festival Hall and The George Club, Mayfair following his training at Greek Culinary School in Thessaloniki.
The menu at The Hyde will showcase the very best of sophisticated modern European cuisine, blending classic flavours and combinations with innovative contemporary twists.
The wine list at The Hyde has been curated by restaurant manager Julien Badoux.
