New revenue and systems director joins Journey

Journey has announced the appointment of Susanne Williams as its new Revenue and Systems Director.

In the newly-created role, Williams will lead on Journey’s ambitious sales growth of revenue management department in the UK and globally.

She has extensive first hand experience working within the luxury hospitality industry, having spent over twenty years in the industry, including roles as; front of house manager for a number of luxury hotels, rooms division manager for a global brand and  latterly held senior General Management roles in the UK before launching a Sales and Revenue Management agency. 

By combining her extensive commercial knowledge and experience of working in the hospitality industry and with Journey’s leading revenue management programme, the company is well positioned to achieve further growth.

On starting her new role, Williams said: “Having worked with numerous hotels across the UK, joining a fast paced creative digital agency like Journey feels like a natural fit. Formerly in the role of Managing Director and Director of Sales, Susanne was accountable for sales and revenue and management for pricing and distribution for a range of hotel brands and groups in the UK.
