Stage two of the investment programme, which is due to commence shortly, will see the development of the Bubble Dome experience, glass structures that offer guests 180-degree forest views.

Following the initial success of the Bubble Domes, the Beares are now are exploring export opportunities in Canada and Australia.

Speaking about the recent investment Gillian Beare, director of Finn Lough Resort said;

 “We have spent the last four years building our vision for the business and our reputation for innovation and service excellence, and we are delighted to unveil the next stage of growth in line with this ethos. Guests trust us to provide them with a luxurious experience that harnesses the power of nature and this is reflected in our new spa experience and expanded premises across the Resort.

“We began working with First Trust Bank recently as they understood our vision for the business, and the opportunities and challenges facing the sector – particularly in the current climate – and have been delighted with their support and advice.”
