New sponsor Chrysalis secures its support for Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards

For the first time, hospitality refurbishment contractor Chrysalis has come on board to sponsor the Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards.

The company, which specialises in refurbishment, construction and design in the hotel and leisure industry, has joined up with Boutique Hotelier to support those working within the hospitality sector, ‘by celebrating and rewarding talent it is keeping the talent within the industry’.

Group managing director Lee Marvin says: “Having worked on a number of boutique hotel projects over the years we have found them to be a pleasure. The details, quirks and interesting designs are a hotel designers dream. Nothing compares to the satisfaction of completing a challenging brief and seeing the beautiful outcome of a unique boutique hotel.”

He continues: “Chrysalis is proud to be working with the Boutique Hotelier awards in supporting and congratulating individuals on their hard work and contributions in the industry. A mantra that Chrysalis itself adopts. We know that every aspect and every individual plays an important role in the success of each project. Celebrating this is our pleasure.

“Recognition is a huge part of an individual’s work ethos, by celebrating and rewarding talent it helps to keep these talented individuals within our industry. If such individuals are thriving, then so is the hospitality sector.”

Representatives from the company will be present at the awards, which take place on October 17, the first night of the Independent Hotel Show, at Hilton Olympia and is free to attend for hoteliers.

The Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards celebrate the hard work and dedication of staff working at hotels up and down the country and are now in their fourth year.

A total of 11 categories awards will be handed out on the night, to deserving individuals working in the hospitality industry.

The nomination process will open in July, before a shortlist is drawn up and the winners are decided upon by a panel of judges, to then be revealed at the ceremony in October.

There are a number of sponsorship opportunities available for suppliers to get involved in the event.
