Nominations for the third annual Power List 2018 close today


The deadline for nominations for the annual Boutique Hotelier Power List close at 5pm today, giving you just a few hours to put forward the industry’s most inspirational and dedicated players for consideration.

With nominations flooding in, the third year of the Power List has received a resounding response from the hospitality industry, eager to shout about those hard-working and inspirational members of the sector.

The Power List is a celebration of individuals responsible for leading, spearheading and encouraging in their own hotels up and down the country are intrinsic to the success of the sector.

Published in April in the bumper edition of the monthly magazine, this special guide will honour 50 of the market’s most deserved individuals and pay tribute to their achievements over the past 12 months.

Now you have until today at 5pm to put forward the most innovative and commendable industry stars who you believe to be deserving of a place in our Top 50 for 2018.

The Power List is aimed at recognising the people at owner and manager level who play a major part in shaping the way that their hotels look and how staff operate in their business.

This includes owners, operators, managers and senior executives of boutique, independent and lifestyle hotels, or any other key decision-maker in the hotel business.

The Power List applies to individuals employed by any boutique hotel or independent hotel operator. For example, this includes city centre boutique hotels, country house hotels, hotel groups of five properties or less, pubs with rooms and restaurants with rooms.


The Boutique Hotelier Power List will be split into the following categories:
– Market marvels
– Industry titans
– Business leaders
– Young trailblazers
– Unsung heroes – sponsored by Guest Supply

Operators are free to nominate individuals from within their own businesses.

As the Power List will be published as part of the bumper April edition and distributed to a select named audience of hotel owners, managers and operators, companies interested in taking advantage of advertising or marketing opportunities around the edition should contact or as soon as possible.
