A guest house in Nottinghamshire complete with a separate bungalow, four caravans and self-catering accommodation, has been sold to hospitality newcomers of a guide price of £875k.

Bridleways Guest House & Holiday Homes in Forest Town, set in three acres and surrounded by open countryside, has been sold to Emyr and Tracey Jones from Cheshire.

The property was previously owned by Michael and Gillian Rand who have now decided to retire from the business, which includes nine bedrooms in the main guest house, a two bedroom bungalow, plus four static caravans, serving as self catering accommodation.
