Oddfellows Hotels has appointed Carlo Iulianella as hotel manager of the design-led boutique hotel, Oddfellows on the Park in Cheadle Manchester.
He will manage the 22-bedroom property whilst assisting in the development of food and beverage operations there and at the group’s original Oddfellows in Chester.
Iulianella has been with Oddfellows Hotels for over two years as food and beverage manager where he has both directed the Chester hotel’s food and beverage operations and been instrumental in the creation of Oddfellows On The Park’s F&B since its launch earlier this year.
He holds over 15 years’ experience in the hotel industry where he held positions in five-star properties and managed Michelin-star operations.
In his new role Iulianella will oversee all hotel operations, from the 22 bedrooms of which six are suites to The Galloping Major restaurant, Stud Room Bar and The Pigsty, the hotel’s salon.
He said of his appointment: “Joining Oddfellows Hotels has been a brilliant move for me. I’m working within a management team where I can have an input into how the operations within the hotel are run and which creative direction we take. Oddfellows On The Park is a beautiful restoration of a Victorian Hall – I was lucky enough to be involved in its conception and now I have the great privilege of looking after this property as we breathe new life into it.”
