Owners of Anglesey hotel invest in new bedroom stock after 40 years in business

The owners of Lastra Farm Hotel in Anglesey have invested £400k into an expansion project to commemorate 40 years in business.

Next month Adrian Parry and Elaine Lloyd Davies will unveil eight new bedrooms and two new self-catering units at the 17th century farmhouse, which will more than double the hotel’s capacity.

An additional three full- and part-time staff have also been taken on.

The pair have owned the hotel 28 years but the business has been in the Davies family for 40 years.

Now they have converted an old barn used for functions into the new bedrooms as demand increased.

The eight new rooms will officially be unveiled on May 19.
