Palé Hall is a country house gem with an amazing history, nestled in a stunning location on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. Awarded AA Five Red Stars and Three Rosettes, Palé Hall is also the first (and only) Welsh recipient of the new Michelin Green Star.

At present we’re looking for: commis chef; pastry commis chef; chef de partie; junior sous chef; front of house porter; (ideally welsh speaking and with a good knowledge of the region); kitchen porter; head waiter and waiting team.
We’re particularly keen to recruit talented and enthusiastic chefs at various levels of experience looking to further their careers in a kitchen aiming towards Four Rosettes and a Michelin Star.
