Stuart Drysdale, associate director at Christie & Co comments: “This is a great example of a country house hotel which is excellently presented and requires no capital expenditure. It presents a rare opportunity for a first-time buyer or experienced operator to purchase a well established small business with a strong trading history, and has exciting potential to take the operation forward.”
