In his day-to-day role, Peter is dedicated to serving his members and constantly looks for ways to improve the service PoB provides. He is a hugely respected and popular face within the hospitality industry, but he never takes his position for granted. “I don’t have the guts or what it takes to be a creator of a business so I’ve always looked up to those who can; I’m a respectful servant of my employers,” he says.
