‘Premier’ Scottish hotel gets an organic uplift with the launch of new spa room


A hotel in Scotland has announced the launch of a new spa room to add to its reputation as a premier holiday destination in the region.

Trigony House Hotel, located in four acres of woodlands of Closeburn, Dumfries and Galloway, has opened a new fully organic spa room, which is stocked with products from top Scottish brands such as Ishga.

All treatments have been inspired by nature, with all products used in the spa Soil Association approved as organic. Treatments range from manicures to messages.

The treatment room adds to the outdoor wood fired Swedish hot tub and Finnish sauna cabin, plus a private garden.

The nine-bed hotel, which is run by mother and son team Judy and Adam Moore, was previously a shooting lodge for Closeburn Castle.

Adam is head chef and has a passionate for using local and organic ingredients in everything he does, with home-made organic bread and ice cream.
