Prime London hotel opportunity in Bayswater comes to market for £7m


The freehold for a hotel in Bayswater which is made up of a set of Victorian townhouses has come to market for £7m.

This rare opportunity to acquire the Caring Hotel, located between Bayswater tube station and Queensway tube and close to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, which will change ownership for the first time since 1984.

The Caring Hotel comprises a total of 6,876 sq ft with 25 bedrooms split across six floors, including 10 family rooms, as well as a restaurant and kitchen space.

The property has been owned by Robert and Mary Kalcov for over 30 years who have been running the hotel as a budget offering, and have built up a solid returning customer base.

They are now choosing to retire.
