Refurbishment at Durham hotel sees Bannatyne Group splash out six-figure sum

The Bannatyne Group has invested £250k in the ground-floor bedrooms at its Durham hotel.

The six-figure sum has been spent on transforming the 14 Premium rooms to create a more modern, contemporary look, as well as enhancing the technology offering.

The rooms now provide streaming directly to the wall mounted television, bedside charging points for mobile phones, and bathrooms with easy access shower areas with a rainfall shower, and lit and heated bathrooms mirrors.

Justin Musgrove, chief executive of Bannatyne Group, said: “The refurbishment of the bedrooms at our Durham hotel forms part of the company’s continued investment to ensure we offer our guests the best possible facilities and services.”
