Firmdale Hotels is now taking reservations for its ninth property, due to open in Soho on June 1.
The highly-anticipated Ham Yard Hotel, which had been slated to launch in May, has been in development since 2011.
Created by husband-and-wife team, Tim and Kit Kemp, the 115-key property will have a "distinctly urban village feel".
It will comprise 91 individually-designed bedrooms and suites, 24 apartments, 13 shops and an airy restaurant and bar with outdoor areas.
Other features include a drawing room and library, the Soholistic Spa and Gym, a 176-seat theatre and several private event rooms including a 50s Texan bowling alley.
One of the UK’s biggest privately-owned boutique hotel chains, Firmdale Hotels owns and operates eight hotels in London and one in New York.
The group achieved record revenues of £78.4m for the year to January 31, 2013.
