Revamped Hotel, Restaurant & Catering kicks off today at ExCeL


One event, four shows; Hotelympia rebrands back to Hotel, Restaurant & Catering and brings a new format to the reinvigorated event in March. We look at what not to miss.

The UK’s longest-running foodservice and hospitality exhibition returns under the moniker of Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC) when the doors to the ExCeL London open on 3 March.

More than 600 global suppliers from all sectors of the supply chain will be exhibiting their wares at the three-day show, giving operators an opportunity to examine new innovations that can enhance their hotels.

HRC features a new format, compromising four shows under one event. This includes The Professional Kitchen Show, The Foodservice Show, Interiors and Tabletop Show and Hospitality Tech Show. Across the three days of the event, 20,000 visitors from the hotel, restaurant and catering sectors will have the chance to meet suppliers and taste, test and demo products from big brands to innovative start-ups.
