An 18th century hotel in Richmond is set to reopen following a £1m refurbishment, as part of owners the Coaching Inn Group’s ambitious £20m expansion programme.

The Kings Head will open its doors once again on Friday, after being closed for eight weeks to undergo the first phase of renovation.

Stage one saw the hotel’s restaurant, bar and accommodation updated and the introduction of a new Eatery & Coffee House concept, including an all-day dining menu.
