The Bulgari Hotel is to close its Rivea restaurant in January, following a five-year collaboration at the luxury London property.
The 3 AA Rosette restaurant will close after dinner service on Tuesday 1 January 2019, with the hotel due to announce a new restaurant operator in ‘due course’.
The Bulgari Hotel said in a press release that it would like to ‘thank the team for their hard work and commitment during the five years’ and confirmed that a new operator had already been chosen.
Rivea offers food inspired by the food markets in Italy and Provence, with French and Italian cuisine served in a ‘chic, convivial and relaxed setting’.
New executive chef Adriano Cavagnini joined The Bulgari Hotel in November from the same role at Corinthia London, to head up the property’s entire F&B offering including Rivea.
The Bulgari Hotel opened in 2012 and comprises a gym and pool with 11 treatment rooms, plus a 47-seat cinema and ballroom.
