New London hotel Vintry & Mercer that is to open its doors next month has joined the Small Luxury Hotels of the World consortium.
The new property, which has been named after the local fine wine and silk trading guilds, is one of five new members to the SLH portfolio this year so far and joins a collection of over 500 hotels in more than 80 countries around the world.
Vintry & Mercer comprises 92 bedrooms situated among the historic livery halls and winding lanes of London, as well as three F&B destinations, a gym and three private event rooms.
The new property will also be home to The Mercer Roof Terrace restaurant and Do Not Disturb 1920’s inspired cocktail bar hidden beneath the hotel.
Vintry & Mercer will become the second hotel operated by the owners of South Kensington’s The Ampersand Hotel.
