South Downs Village Inn put on market for £1m

The Village Inn, near Petersfield in the South Downs National Park, has been put up for sale.

The Buriton, Hampshire, boutique hotel has been listed by Fleurets property specialists at £1,050,000.

The property has 16 rooms, refurbished four years ago, as well as a bar, restaurant and terrace. There is also a car park and manager’s lodging.

It also offers wine-tasting experiences and the staff are happy to point walkers in the direction many trails nearby.

Nick Earee from Fleurets commented: “This boutique inn, in an affluent area, has strong profit performance; for the year ending December 2018, net turnover was £396k and an adjusted net profit of £105k, however there is still scope for further growth and increased revenue.”
