Spa manager at Kings Head Hotel moves to join Dormy House


Hannah Osborne has been appointed as the new spa manager for Dormy House on the Farncombe Estate in the Cotswolds.

Osborne joins from her most recent position as spa manager at Kings Head Hotel in Cirencester, where she has been since January 2017.

As part of her new role at Dormy House, she will be responsible for running the operation and strategy of the hotel’s House Spa.

She replaces Zoe Douglas who has now joined Archerfield Links at Fletchers Cottage Spa in East Lothian as spa director.

Osborne has accumulated over 12 years of experience within the spa industry, with stints at hotels such as Mandarin Oreintal London and The Calcot Collection.

She was also nominated for Boutique Hotelier Spa Manager of the Year in 2018.

The 400-acre Farncombe Estate is also home to Foxhill Manor and The Fish. 

Dormy House comprises 38 bedrooms and suites, three restaurants and its spa. The spa is home to a 16-metre indoor pool and two gyms, while the thermal suite comprises a hot juniper sauna, mild Cotswolds lavender sauna, an experience shower, a salt-infusion therapy room and a Rasul mud room. 

There is also an outdoor hot tub, a Veuve Clicquot nail bar, the Greenhouse café and a host of treatments by Temple Spa, Natura Bissé and massages by cult beauty expert Beata Aleksandrowicz of Pure Massage.
