St James’s Hotel & Club to relaunch Michelin-starred restaurant after complete renovation

In November, St James’s Hotel & Club will unveil its new-look Michelin-starred restaurant after a complete renovation.

To celebrate the hotel’s 10th anniversary, Seven Park Place is to relaunch with stylish new interiors by Russell Sage Studio, taking inspiration from the Art Deco period and introducing a new sommelier experience to complement its dining.

The hotel’s executive head chef, William Drabble, oversees all aspects of dining at the hotel, including private dining, afternoon tea and room service.

Owner of St. James’s Hotel & Club Iqraa Mansha said the business was ‘ready to embrace the nest phase’

Commenting, he said: “After ten successful years of Seven Park Place, we are ready to embrace the next phase, with a beautiful new restaurant space and more interactive and theatrical dining moments, taking William Drabble’s much loved seasonal cooking to new heights. We are fortunate to have such a dedicated and talented chef and now he truly has the space to shine.”

Seven Park Place was awarded a Michelin star only one year after opening 10 years ago, and this relaunch now represents a ‘new chapter for the brand’.

The new Wine Tasting Room with new sommelier experience is a new addition to the hotel, which will showcase the property’s extensive wine collected, selected by William Drabble and Christopher Sanchez, head of food & beverage.
