Staffordshire-based Moddershall Oaks Country Spa Retreat has appointed Adrian Robert as its executive chef.
Robert has over 28 years’ experience within five-star hotels, spas and high-end restaurants, both in the UK and internationally.
He will work across the Moddershall Oaks restaurant kitchen, as well as the venue, Made café and deli.
In August, the luxury spa unveiled MADE, its £1.5m wellness centre, which was driven by Penny Weston, director of Moddershall Oaks.
The spa in Stone near Stoke-on-Trent offers a wide range of spa and wellness experiences with indoor, outdoor and wedding facilities.
Moddershall Oaks is one of the Staffordshire’s leading spa resorts and was founded in 2000 by the Holland family.
