SUPPLIER SPOTLIGHT: Magnuson Worldwide helps hotel owners with targeted marketing strategy


The new Marketing Consult initiative from Magnuson Worldwide launched in January 2018.

Its goal is to provide branded hotels bi-annual access to a multi-disciplinary team of experts to help them extract maximum value from the existing co-operative marketing program. This activity is provided at no additional cost as part of their brand membership fee.

These consultations are extremely efficient. Hoteliers are invited to a rapid, thirty-minute brainstorming session designed to extract key insights into their offering, desired customers and any untapped markets that could aid their specific performance goals.

Following on from that session, hoteliers are provided with a clear three-tiered plan that contains strategies for achieving their KPI’s. Nearly all these suggestions qualify for the co-operative marketing program, which means Magnuson Worldwide will disburse a fee rebate for half the cost.

Owners can then put the Magnuson Worldwide team to work on their preferred strategy. By providing structured access to a team of professionals in design, marketing, advertising and revenue management; Magnuson Worldwide has helped their hoteliers achieve over 700% ROI and forge new in-market partnerships that have increased local market penetration.
