The Arden Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon has unveiled its new dining space, after rebranding its restaurant the Waterside Brasserie.
The hotel, which is part of Eden Hotel Collection, has opened No.44 Brasserie on the Waterside, with the small-sharing-plates trend at the heart of the new menus.
A new wine list and cocktail menu has also been introduced.
No.44 Brasserie on the Waterside’s new look features Missoni wallpaper, watercolour-look chairs and a colour palette of aubergine, lilac, sky blue and off-white.
General manager of The Arden Hotel, Josefine Blomqvist,
says: “We are very excited to be offering this more social and relaxed
experience whilst providing our guests with real flexibility of choice. It’s
something different and new to the Stratford dining scene, and we’re proud to
be the pioneers.”
The Arden Hotel comprises 45 bedrooms and is part of the Eden Hotel Collection which has evolved over the last 18 years through acquisition and restoration by The Rigby Group Plc
