The role would suit an existing deputy manager looking to take the next step in their career.

Previous managers at The Atlantic who worked with Patrick Burke earlier in their career have gone on to flourish in the industry, including Jason Adams, now managing director at Rockcliffe Hall and Simon Maguire, managing director for Luxury Family Hotels.

Alongside a competitive salary based on candidate experience, the appointed hotel manager will benefit from a significant tax saving in comparison to the UK, with a maximum rate of 22%.

The position comes with a three-bedroom flat adjacent to the hotel, offering sea views.

Founded by Patrick’s father Henry Burke in 1970, The Atlantic has been a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World since 1993 and the recipient of numerous awards across the years including four Red Stars and four Rosettes from the AA.

The acclaimed Ocean Restaurant is led by executive chef Will Holland.
