Last Thursday, The Great GM Debate returned to London, welcoming close to 100 hoteliers from around the UK.
Hosted at the Montcalm East hotel in London’s Shoreditch, the event featured four expert panels on the topics of e-commerce, revenue diversification, sustainability and recruitment, with speakers from leading hotel brands including The Belfry, The Pig, Foxhills and The Athenaeum.
The afternoon ended with the reveal of this year’s Boutique Hotelier Power List and the announcement of the Hotelier of the Decade award – tying in with Boutique Hotelier’s own 10th anniversary – which was awarded to Peter Banks.
The Great General Manager Debate was sponsored by Journey, Profitroom, Net Affinity and Tradelinens.
