Commenting on the selection, chairman of the Master Innholders and general manager of Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel, Stuart Bowery FIH MI said: “I am proud to welcome these new Master Innholders who join an association which has the prime objective of promoting the highest professional standards in hotel management. The excellent quality of submissions received this year, as well as the breadth of the industry which they represented, bodes well for the future success and influence of the Master Innholders.”
The formation of the Master Innholders in 1978 was the first step taken by the Worshipful Company of Innholders towards renewing its traditional links with the hotel industry.
The award of membership is open to practising hoteliers by application each year.
With the full support of the Worshipful Company of Innholders and the Institute of Hospitality, Master Innholders have slowly grown in number and have increased their influence and charitable activities within the hotel industry.
