The Mondrian introduces new group spa evenings to capitalise on the social wellness scene


The Agua Bathhouse and Spa at the Mondrian London has introduced a new Spa Social evening, in a bid to capitalise on the social side of the wellness scene.

The hotel, part of Morgans Hotels Group, is bringing the new concept to the city, which is inspired by the heritage and community spirit found in the Roman spa culture.

The new Spa Social evening aims to bring people together through wellness and social interaction, as more people opt to catch up with friends doing something healthy, rather than down the pub.

The hotel’s Aqua Bathhouse and Spa, designed by Tom Dixon, will host the Spa Social evenings from 6.30pm- 9.30pm, giving guests access to all the facilities, a mudpack which can be applied in the spa’s steam rooms, a 10-minute head, neck and shoulder massage, plus two glasses of Thomson and Scott champagne per person and a Sea Containers dinner bowl.

Priced at £65 per person, the package has been designed to target London’s cosmopolitan fitness lovers and will allow guests to relax and unwind with friends in the striking setting.

The spa lounge features a floor-to-ceiling copper teardrop installation by Tom Dixon designed to reflect Roman water vessels.

Spa Social guests will be able to choose from a choice of three healthy food bowls as part of the package, and along with the skinny champagne, the spa’s usual range of herbal teas will also be available.
