The Pilgrm in Paddington has converted its ground floor space into a grocery store, which will remain post Covid-19.

The 73-bedroom hotel in London has opened The Pilgrm Provisions to provide grocery essentials as well as a selection of daily dishes and brunch specials to its local community.

A selection of produce is also available to order online with a click and collect service in place.

The Pilgrm Provisions store will open daily at 8am and weekends at 9am, with the kitchen team creating daily specials from surplus food. Anything not sold will be offered to local food banks, community projects and food schemes.

Founder Jason Catifeoglou comments: “We’re really excited to be able to serve our local neighbourhood and open our Provisions store at The Pilgrm. We’ve missed seeing and serving everyone so we can’t wait to welcome our locals back, or perhaps through our doors for the first time. We hope our products will be tempting and everyone will enjoy stopping by.”

Located in Paddington’s Norfolk Square, The Pilgrm is a 73-bedroom hotel, cafe and lounge, housed in a restored Victorian building. The hotel opened in October 2017.
