The owners of Hotel Una in Brighton have put the 20-bedroom boutique up for sale with a guide price of £3.7m.
Bosnian architect Zoran Maricevic and his wife Elena have called on leisure property specialist Fleurets to market the hotel’s freehold in order for them to leave the UK and return to their home country.
Occupying a converted Regency town house, Hotel Una is a mix of industrial and traditional, with many of the property’s original features retained including a lift that dates back to the 1930’s.
The property is situated on Regency Square in the heart of the city, close to the beach and the i360 tower.
Fleurets’ Nick Earee is leading the marketing and commented: “Hotel Una is one of the city’s most desirable hotels and winner of many prestigious awards. Independently owned, the current owners are only selling as they are leaving the UK to return to their original country due to family circumstances.”
