Top business owners take over Grade-II listed Victorian property in North Devon


A three-storey hotel in North Devon has been sold off a guide price of £795k to new owners who are now planning a series of investments and enhancements over the next few months.

The Grade-II listed Seawood Hotel in the Exmoor town of Lynton on the coast has been sold to experienced business owners Martyn and Gillian Adams who want to elevate the property and its reputation.

The hotel, which sits on the town’s North Walk, is home to eight bedrooms, plus a restaurant, bar, lounge and terrace.
