Zen Paskevic, sales and marketing executive, comments : “The hospitality industry is waking up to a new generation of consumers – one that transcends psychographics, age and economic barriers.  Relevance, connectedness and aesthetics are some factors affecting consumer choice and behaviour and staying relevant in this new consumer-driven marketplace requires constant innovation, creativity and risk-taking by the industry.”

Featuring 50 influential business thinkers, the event aims to bring this trend to the forefront and discuss how to strategically place business profitability and sustainability in parallel with the new consumer mind.
