Preferred Hotels & Resorts has announced a global openings programme to kick off the new decade that involves launching 20 hotels in 2020.
Preferred claims to be the world’s largest independent hotel chain. Its ’20 in 20′ campaign will include two new London hotels.
The Leicester Square-set Londoner Hotel will open in June 2020.
Preferred promise that despite its impressive size it will maintain a boutique feel. It will also offer a customisable experience to guests.
Rooms start from £369 per night.
The Guardsman at Buckingham Gate, meanwhile, will open in April, with rooms from £226 per night.
This will be a smaller, 53-room property, all rooms being independently designed. Menus will change from day to day.
International hotel openings will be across multiple continents, taking in Los Angeles, New York, Tuscany, Stockholm, Mumbai and more.
