Welsh four-star hotel refinances existing debt with Leicester bank to fund enhancements


Miskin Manor Hotel and Health Club near Cardiff has given its bedrooms and spa facilities a makeover, as well as created a new outdoor wedding space after signing a new funding deal with a Leicester bank.

The four-star, Grade-II listed hotel in Pontyclun secured funding from Cambridge and Counties Bank to refinance existing debt to make upgrades to the hotel and health club.

All 43 bedrooms were enhanced, as well as improvements made to the steam and sauna rooms and the launch of a new wedding venue.

The hotel is also home to four self-catering lodges.
