The winners of the 2016 Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards were revealed at a glittering networking event and presentation ceremony in London last night.
Industry professionals from the country’s top luxury and boutique hotels were out in force to learn the identity of this year’s hotel champions.
This year’s event saw the introduction of a category honouring the leading general managers – which attracted such a high calibre of entries that the judges saw fit to issue a ‘highly commended’ award.
More than 260 nominations from in excess of 100 hotels were received in the run up to the awards, which were held in partnership with headline sponsors Mitre Linen, Miele Professional, Star Quality Hospitality Consultancy, InstaSupply and Gold Key Media.
