Family-owned Yorkshire boutique hotel, Yorebridge House has unveiled its new Lauren-Perrier Grand Siècle Tasting Room, which is thought to be the first of its kind in the UK.
The 12-bedroom boutique, which is owned by Dave and Charlotte Reilly, marked its 10 year anniversary last year and has now opened its new exclusive addition in the cellars of Yorebridge House.
Talking to BH, Dave said that the business was going from strength to strength and that he hoped the Tasting Room would really help the hotel be seen on a national stage.
He also teased expansion plans, with the potential for a Laurent-Perrier inspired bedroom suite on the grounds of the Yorkshire property.
The new Grand Siècle Tasting Room was officially opened last week by David Hesketh, managing director at Laurent-Perrier, at an event hosted by the hotel.
The new space offers taster menus with wine flights and will complement the hotel’s 3 AA Rosettes restaurant.
Boutique Hotelier travelled up to Yorebridge House for the launch event and the August issue will feature an exclusive interview with owner Dave on the development of the business over the last decade.
