We can now reveal more of the finalists for the 2018 Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards with two category shortlists announced in the penultimate day of revelations.
Today is the turn of the Reservations / Revenue Manager of the Year and Concierge of the Year, with the remaining 5 categories announced throughout the week.
Throughout this week we have been unveiling the finalists in two categories per day, with Front of House Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Bar Manager and Restaurant Manager, Spa Manager of the Year and Customer Service Star, already announced.
From country house hotels, to boutiques in the city, managers, owners and staff were eager to give their employees the recognition they deserve.
The shortlist for the Reservations / Revenue Manager of the Year, sponsored by Avvio, is:
Matthew Burbidge-Airs – The Hari

Tom Evans – The Cottage in the Wood, Malvern

Now with the shortlist announced, the winner will be decided by a judging panel – consisting of five top industry experts – which will then be revealed at the Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards on October 16 at Hilton Olympia.
The event, taking place on the first day of Independent Hotel Show 2017, is free to attend for hoteliers and staff and will be a night of free-flowing Champagne and canapés.
